Had an opportunity to shoot five different sports in two days. Women's Lacrosse, Women's Tennis, Men's Tennis, Softball and Baseball. I was a perfect day for any outdoor sports. The sun was shinning, low humidity and not to hot at all. Barely broke a sweat. Great day for Methodist University Sports.

Bitter-Sweet

Bitter sweet day... First the sweet.  I took my youngest of the two of my lovely daughters out for our first Father-Daughter walk, bought my wife some orange tulips and got some great shots of some skateboarders downtown.

Now the bitter.  While shooting the skateboarders, my shutter failed.  Leaving me now with just one camera.  Not good.  My 1D Mark II N was my old reliable.  Oh well not today :-(.  The positive out of all this is that at least it wasn't during a payed assignment.

I was still able to get some fantastic shots.

See you in a week or so "II N".  I'll miss you...

A Day at the Park

Another great day at Downtown Fayetteville. The location is Festival Park. Lovely day to shoot. I didn't realize that there was this interesting tree located near the bridge. Sometimes you just have to slow down to appreciate what's right in front of you.

Bad Day at the Track

During the Wake Forest Invitational an NCCU Hurdler goes down in one of the many heats of the day in the 400 meter hurdles.  Only one injury suffered...an ego.

Downtown Fayetteville

A lovely day to shoot downtown Fayetteville. People were out enjoying the weather. Finally signs of Spring has shown its face. So many interesting things to shoot, but I would never thought that I would see a parrot. Lol!! It was just fantastic to be able to get out and shoot.

Recreation Football

This was an awesome day. Had the opportunity to shoot some youth football games. The weather was perfect. A slight overcast with a little mud on the field and football in its most purest form being captured at my fingertips. No contracts, no free agency...just good ole gridiron football.
